Rachael Cook

 Rachael Lee Cook was born on the 4th of October on 1979. She has starred in the films The Baby-Sitters Club (1995), She's All That(99) as well as Josie and the Pussycats (2000) and in the TV series Into the West and Perception. Tifa lockhart is her voice. Rachael Leigh Cook is a Minnesota native, the daughter of Thomas Howard Cook (a former stand-up comedian and social worker) and JoAnn (a weaver and cooking instructor). Cook is an Italian-born. Cook made her public service announcement while in foster care when she turned seven years old. Cook also began modeling as a print model for children at the age of 10 and was featured on national commercials for Target. She was educated at Clara Barton Open School and Laurel Springs School. She also was a student at Minneapolis South High School.
